Tropicana Shirt

For this spring I’ve made two versions of the Wardrobe by Me Tropicana Shirt. This is - I think - the fifth Wardrobe by Me pattern I’ve tried, and like the others has clear instructions and great sizing. These shirts are both made in the 14 with no adjustments.

The first version I made in lightweight blue cotton, with the short sleeves and pointed collar. It is a quick sew, but with some lovely little details like the slit cuffs and the collar.

For the second version I used a printed cotton, and lined the placket and collar with scraps from the same fabric but a different colourway. This one has the three-quarter length sleeves and the rounded collar.
